Welcome to Rumble Pressure Wash, owned by Chris Harrison. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our website, rumblepressurewash.com, and our eco-friendly pressure washing services in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or book our services. By using our website or services, you confirm you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly engage with individuals under 18.
2. Services
Rumble Pressure Wash provides eco-friendly pressure washing services, including but not limited to:
- Concrete surface cleaning (e.g., driveways, sidewalks).
- Exterior surface cleaning (e.g., siding, decks, fences).
- Specialty cleaning (e.g., patios).
Our $99 Driveway Special is available for first-time clients for driveways up to 750 square feet. Additional charges apply for:
- Driveways exceeding 750 square feet ($0.25 per square foot).
- Tough stains (e.g., oil, mold, mildew) or non-standard surfaces requiring extra effort or chemicals.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or offer, including the $99 Driveway Special, at any time without prior notice.
3. Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made via our website’s “Get on the List” form, calendar page, or by contacting us directly.
- Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, cash; update as needed].
- You agree to pay any additional charges for services exceeding the $99 Driveway Special terms, as outlined in our booking policy.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee, as detailed in our booking policy.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our website or services for unlawful purposes.
- Provide false or misleading information when booking or contacting us.
- Interfere with our website’s functionality (e.g., through hacking or malware).
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if you violate these T&C or for any other reason at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos (e.g., the Rumble Pressure Wash logo with buffalo fur “Rumble” and bubble-letter “Pressure Wash”), and before/after photos, is owned by Rumble Pressure Wash or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., viewing our website).
Photos of our work will not include addresses, personal identifiers, or any information linking them to you or your property, as stated in our Privacy Policy.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
We strive to provide high-quality, eco-friendly pressure washing services but do not guarantee specific results (e.g., complete stain removal) due to factors like surface condition or stain severity. Services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, except as required by law.
We are not liable for:
- Damage to surfaces caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., cracked concrete).
- Incidental or consequential damages arising from our services, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rumble Pressure Wash, its owner, and employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, loss of data, or financial loss.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these T&C to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated T&C will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new T&C.
9. Governing Law
These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these T&C or our services will be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
