Refund Policy

At Rumble Pressure Wash, we deliver top-quality, eco-friendly pressure washing services for driveways, sidewalks, and more in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

• Non-Completion of Service: If we cannot complete the agreed-upon pressure washing service due to unforeseen circumstances, you are entitled to a full refund.

• Unsatisfactory Results: If you’re not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We’ll assess the issue and, if we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.

• Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, any prepaid amount will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Services fully completed to the agreed standard are not eligible for refunds.

• No-shows or failure to provide access to the service area at the scheduled time may result in a non-refunded payment.
