Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling & Confirmation Clients may book services via phone, email, or online. Bookings are confirmed by Rumble Pressure Wash and may require a deposit or prepayment. Failure to provide payment may result in cancellation. 2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Clients may cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of service will incur a cancellation fee of [insert fee]. If a client fails to cancel and is not present at the scheduled location, they will be charged [insert percentage] of the total cost. 3. Rescheduling & Fees Rescheduling requests at least 24 hours before the appointment are allowed without penalty. Clients acknowledge that some materials may react to pressure washing, leading to discoloration or wear. 6. Water & Electrical Requirements Clients must provide access to running water and electrical outlets if required. Lack of access may result in rescheduling with applicable fees. 7. Payment Terms & Late Fees Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in additional fees or interest charges. 8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances Extreme weather or hazardous conditions may cause unavoidable rescheduling. Rumble Pressure Wash will notify clients as soon as possible. 9. Satisfaction & Complaints Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Rumble Pressure Wash will assess complaints and determine necessary action.
