Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling & Confirmation Clients may book services via phone, email, or online. Bookings are confirmed by Rumble Pressure Wash and may require a deposit or prepayment. Failure to provide payment may result in cancellation. 2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Clients may cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of service will incur a cancellation fee of [insert fee]. If a client fails to cancel and is not present at the scheduled location, they will be charged [insert percentage] of the total cost. 3. Rescheduling & Fees Rescheduling requests at least 24 hours before the appointment are allowed without penalty. Water & Electrical Requirements Clients must provide access to running water and electrical outlets if required. Lack of access may result in rescheduling with applicable fees. 7. Payment Terms & Late Fees Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in additional fees or interest charges. 8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances Extreme weather or hazardous conditions may cause unavoidable rescheduling. Rumble Pressure Wash will notify clients as soon as possible. 9. Satisfaction & Complaints Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Rumble Pressure Wash will assess complaints and determine necessary action.
